1. How do
I work with you?
We carry a vast
selection of invitations. You can either shop with
our Order Online page or
find your selection at a stationery store near you and
then use our Quote Form to get our prices.
2. Can I call you with
a quote request?
We'd prefer
that you don't, because using the quote form organizes
all of the information we will need to prepare a quote
which will be as close as possible to your actual cost
when placing the order.
3.
How soon will I have my order?
That depends
on which company you are ordering from. Most
deliver your order to you within 2 weeks. Proofs
will slow your order down, usually by 3-5 days.

Can you do maps and custom art?
Yes, but
you will need to either e-mail the file to us or mail a
laser printed copy, for maximum clarity. The
quality of the finished product will be no better than
the art we receive.
5.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
If
you submitted everything to us correctly and the printer
makes an error, they will immediately reprint it at no
charge to you. If the mistake is yours, you
will have to pay to have the affected parts re-done, but
we can usually negotiate an additional discount for this
service.
6. How many
should I order?
You should have
a guest list prepared prior to ordering. We
recommend that you order at least 25 extras for addtions
to your guest list (invariably, customers forget a
friend or relative or two!), errors in addressing,
keepsakes for yourself, parents, and the future
generations. The cost for an additional 25 is much
less when you are placing your original order than it is
to order 25 later on.
Don't forget that adult
children still living at home require their own separate
invitation, as do unmarried couples and your attendants
and officiant.
